1) Medical Affairs and Strategic Development and Clinical R&D Planning
Clinquest's initial involvement with this client started at the beginning of the development cycle for two molecules.
Together with the client, Clinquest's Medical Affairs and Strategic Development Practice created an overall development strategy and executable action plan for each molecule. At the client's request, Clinquest's senior Medical Affairs professional also served as the Chief Medical Officer for the entire client organization.
Clinquest's involvement with this particular client did not stop with the creation of the development plan. Clinquest's team also implemented the recommended action plan, and in a short period of time, the two molecules were in clinical trials.
Based on the early success of the development program, the client underwent a very successful IPO. Once that the client had the necessary funding and firm scientific footing, Clinquest assisted the client in building the internal expertise to handle future development needs at which point Clinquest reduced our day-to-day involvement with the client.
